5/27/2025 - Important Update on TPT Shaft Availability

Dear Valued Business Partner,

Due to a sharp increase in demand, we are currently experiencing significant capacity constraints—particularly with the availability of premium components such as the TPT shaft. Our supplier has been unable to keep up with the surge in orders, and we understand this has made it difficult for you and your customers to access the products you need.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience or confusion this situation may have caused. Please know that we are actively working to resolve the issue. As part of our efforts, we are expanding our lineup of premium shaft options within the next 90 days. However, at this time, we will not be able to offer the TPT shaft as an upgrade option. We will continue to keep you updated on new premium shaft options and specifically when they will be available for purchase.

Thank you for your continued support during this exciting time at L.A.B. Golf.

We’re incredibly grateful for the demand we’re seeing—nearly 60% above our 2025 forecast and 250% higher than this time last year. It’s a clear reflection of our shared commitment to building the best putters in the world.

Amid global challenges like tariffs and supply constraints, we’re pushing forward with our production expansion and not delaying any shipments of components. While some component prices are increasing, our base pricing on all putter models will stay the same. Please see the list below for specific updates regarding pricing.

We’ve also heard your concerns about wholesale lead times, and we’re happy to share that lead times are now aligned across both our wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels—a top priority for us.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership during this exciting and rapidly evolving time at L.A.B. Golf.

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming demand we’re experiencing. As of now, we’re seeing demand nearly 60% above our forecast for 2025, and close to 250% higher than this time last year. This remarkable growth is a testament to the shared belief in our mission to build the best putters in the world.

Despite the broader challenges in today’s global economic environment, including tariffs and supply pressures, we are staying true to our commitment to quality and value. We’re also happy to share that we are not delaying any shipments from our suppliers and are moving full steam ahead with our production expansion project.

We know that longer wholesale lead times compared to our direct-to-consumer (DTC) site have been frustrating, and we hear you. Please know that aligning lead times across all channels is one of our highest priorities. The work is already in motion, and we’re doing everything we can to improve this as quickly as possible.
